The studio terrace was very clean. The kitchen had all necessary equipment. The location was perfect, close to the metro station.

surprisingly good location
early check-in efficient check-in convenient restaurant
I found that early check-in was accommodated, which i appreciated. It simplified my arrival. the check-in itself was efficient. also, i liked having a restaurant downstairs for the food. I found it very convenient. plus, i could leave my bags after checkout, made exploring easier!
I had an issue with the air conditioning. I visited in mid-july when temperatures ranged between 24-27 degrees. the hotel considered it "cold" outside so i couldn't adjust it to cool down the room. the room was quite hot each night, which disrupted my sleep.

The downstairs restaurant provides convenient dining. I noticed attentive staff were serving delicious tapas. it seemed like a popular spot. I often saw locals enjoying their meals. the service really stood out. The staff remembered my order.

The staff was prompt. I saw them addressing requests efficiently! i also appreciated their helpfulness. for instance, they secured a last-minute service appointment for me when my car had a minor issue. I really appreciated that extra effort.

My room had blackout curtains. This was a plus. i asked for the air conditioning to be turned off, and this request was honored. I'm sensitive to cold. the room was also cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided without me even having to ask

responsive reception perfect location electric shutters daily cleaning
I appreciated the 24/7 reception. It was very responsive. the location proved perfect. It connected well with public transport. the electric window shutters were amazing. They provided excellent room darkening. daily cleaning kept the apartment very fresh.
the breakfast was okay. it sufficed but it wasn't a standout. the spread felt limited, and i have experienced better.

My studio was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The location had fantastic metro connections. The staff was polite, appreciated. I liked the large bath.
There was a coffee machine without pods available. I would have liked to purchase pods, but full packs were unnecessary.

street noise poor breakfast quality
The location was good with the metro close by and shops nearby and the staff were mostly helpful.
The breakfast was a true let down. Many items were missing and the quality was poor. I feel the price did not match the experience.
